This newsletter is for job seekers who want to find jobs in the China space, or have China experience on their resume.
When I first set myself on a China career path by choosing to study China Studies in Shanghai, I had no idea what career options were out there outside of the very obvious “diplomacy” or “academia.” As someone who didn’t particularly want to follow either of those paths, it wasn’t immediately clear what jobs I could even choose.
For those who are in my same situation, or just want to know if “China” is still worth studying these days, I hope this newsletter helps you explore the possibilities that are out there, and all the ways you can use your linguistic, cultural, and analytical skills.
I’ll keep it brief: the focus of this newsletter is simply a list of open applications for jobs, fellowships, and programs with a China focus or China component. I do my best to curate a list of quality jobs from a diversity of locations.
If I missed something, or you want to post your job here, just send me a note.

Hi Savannah, thank you so much for putting this together! I am perennially interested in the China space, and this is a great compilation. If you're ever looking to publish stuff on China's renewable industry I would be happy to help or write as well!
This looks so helpful! Thank you so much for putting this together. I am looking for a summer internship in China since the past few months and have been unable to make a lot of headway. This seems like a good place to re-start
